Oak Mountain State Park, located in Pelham, AL just south of Birmingham, AL, is a 10,000 acre park with over 50 miles of trails. Besides swimming, biking, and running, the park also features a pump track and BMX course, Flipside Watersports cable skiing, boat rentals, basketball courts, nature programs, Peavine Falls, Oak Mountain Interpretive Center, an 18-hole golf course and driving range, beach and swimming area, archery range, fishing lakes, boat rentals, picnic areas, RV camping, primitive camping, demonstration farm and horseback riding facilities. Saturday November 5, 2022 will offer 2 off-road triathlons to choose from. Sunday November 6, 2022 will offer 3 trail run distances to choose from. Start and finish for all events will take place near the basketball courts by the swimming lake. Come to Alabama this summer and race this world class off-road race course!
Motus Off Road is a coalition of race directors and athletes dedicated to fostering the growth of off road endurance sports. We bring decades of event production experience with seasoned races from across the country. Participants who compete in Motus Off Road races will earn points based on performance in their respective age group. You may race in as many events as you wish, however, only your top performances of the season will count toward the series championships.

25k runners are encouraged to carry hydration packs or bottles, but cups will be provided,
water, Hammer nutrition & hydration will be provided.
Restrooms and Showers are available at the South Trail Head (BUMP pavilion) and Beach House pavilion (near Swim). Restrooms (no showers) are available at Transition/Registration.
Restrooms for 25k are available at 2.4mi aid stations (Peavine Falls parking lot), 9.9 mile aid station (North Trail Head), and mile 12 (BMX parking lot).
